Beautiful place! True Swedish style. Bed was so comfortable. Great views! High ceilings! Lots of stairs, but totally worth the effort. Highly recommend!

Great location close to restaurants. Apartment was charming and a great view. Perhaps a drawback could be the climb to the apartment which was challenging with luggage. Linens were lovely and crisp hotel quality.

El apartamento está en una zona inmejorable, salvo que a partir de las once de la noche no hay nadie por las calles y da miedo. La vista de la plaza y el mar es impresionante.
Pros: buena ubicación, vistas, amplitud, no noté la falta de agua caliente que mucha gente dice, limpieza perfecta, buena comunicación previa con Fredrik y un Coop para hacer compra en la puerta.
Contras: todo es más viejo (no se corresponde con las fotos). Fredrik me dijo previamente que había cafetera Nespresso y cuando le escribí que no había (mucha gente lo dice en los comentarios) me dio falsas explicaciones y nunca la puso. La cocina no tiene luz y los enchufes que hay para poner una lámpara no funcionan... Pero lo peor de todo es que por el precio podrían poner algunas cortinas opacas, la luz entraba por las tres enormes y bonitas ventanas al amanecer y ya desde esa hora no se podía dormir.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
