We had a lovely stay. Only thing was that the shower gets colder quickly and the curtains don’t work well. Other than that, would recommend.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Lage mit Blick aufs Wasser. Die Kommunikation mit Frederik war einwandfrei. Ein bisschen schade war lediglich, dass wir bei Ankunft in der Unterkunft eine falsche Tür geöffnet haben (wahrscheinlich der Müllraum) in der eine Person stand und Drogen konsumierte. Dadurch, dass die Haustür offen steht kann jeder in den Hausgang bis zum Treppenhaus… Ansonsten alles top.

This is a one bedroom apartment overlooking the square. As others have noted, hot water is limited but I have long hair and had time to wash & condition it. If you’re staying on a Friday or Saturday night, the street noise is extremely loud very late into the morning. The building itself is otherwise quiet. There’s a small but well stocked grocery store steps outside the building’s entrance. Very easy walk from the train and excellent location otherwise. Kitchen has basic cooking utensils, 2 electric burners, a mini fridge and a couple types of coffee makers, though not the nespresso machine shown in the photos. The photos were clearly taken quite a while ago as the space is much more worn than shown. Overall very cozy.

The shower hot water only lasts 4 mins then needs waiting to next 60 minutes. The cold weather in Stockholm it's ridiculous… the dinning area and kitchen have no more lights. When I turn on 100 times. No more person came to help, even the host said I could put the key in the lockbox. They guild kids and I touch the dangers box instead of come to help. The stove was electric and didn't work at all as well. Horrible place. Unsafe, especially when kids travel together. Too much strength.
House rules
HOUSE RULES 1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. 2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation. 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. 4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well. 5. Pets are not allowed on the property. 6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest. 7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host. 8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50. By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
