Great place in the summer for hikining, lots of trails from your doorstep! The appartement itself was very nice, no complaints at all.

Listing was accurate and good value for what I paid, it is slightly away from the main square in Åre and a bit of a steep slope if walking from the centre but it is not far and didnt cause me any issues.
Lots of space to store skis etc and furnished as expected.

Otroligt fint läge och bra sista-minuten rabatt, nära till vandringsleder och byn. Vattenfall precis utanför. Litet men välutrustat kök för enklare matlagning. Mycket skön säng! Fräscht badrum. Lyhört när grannarna hade fest men den avslutades tidigt. Överlag är vi supernöjda och hade bokat samma boende igen!
Tyvärr gav värden felaktig info om att ingen avgift skulle tillkomma när jag la till en extragäst för de sista två nätterna, men det gjorde det.

House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
