This is a really lovely apartment in Stockholm. It is super clean and really well decorated. It’s on the smaller side but the space was no issue for a long weekend. We shared as three girlfriends and so it was no problem to double up on beds.
Surrounding area is really cool with some great bars, coffees and restaurants. Super easy to navigate to. Not too much noise but you are pretty central so it’s not totally silent at night.
Check in is easy, but make sure you have a smart phone with space for an app. ☺️

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war sehr schön und die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Sie ist allerdings sehr hellhörig.

Elias’s place was terrific! Well decorated and tranquil location in the heart of a bustling part of town. Fantastic location, great cafes and restaurants nearby, and within easy walking distance of many attractions. Elias was very responsive. I highly recommend his place.

Great location. Lovely place. We stayed as a family. 3 kids. Worked really well.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
