Charming and spacious apartment with comfortable bedding. Very well located, in a quiet area and close to public transportation, supermarkets, and restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay!

Space was large but furnished with cheap / IKEA furniture. Elevator was tiny, so couldn't fit the pram inside. No laundry detergent provided - and anyway the washing machine was bouncing around the bathroom when we tried it. Window blinds are light and flimsy, so don't make the bedrooms dark - which wouldn't work in summer when the sun never sets!. The apartment is managed by a business and they are in it for the money, so there's no flexibility regarding late checkout, providing laundry detergent, coffee pods, etc, and no personal touches. On the plus side, the apartment is big, in a good location, and close to the subway.

The place had a very central location, which made it easy for us to access many cafes and restaurants nearby it was also conveniently close to Gamla Stan and other central locations.The sheets and linens provided in the apartment were clean, and the towels were perfectly white and fresh.From the very beginning, the host gave us all the necessary information and was always quick to respond to any questions I had.Even though we stayed with a baby (<2 years old), the apartment met all our needs very well and was comfortable for us. We had a great stay and highly recommend this place!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
