Localisation parfaite pour rayonner.
Spacieux et calme
Points négatifs :
Pas clean : alèse lit parents tachée sur l envers (sang ?), porte du four pas propre, vaisselle pas propre (taches de café dans les tasses).
Le peu d ustensiles pour la cuisine, le manque de couverts (3 petites cuillères pour 4 personnes…), une poêle Téflon brûlée par un locataire précédent…
Ampoules grillées dans la cuisine et la petite chambre.
Pour le prix on a été déçus dès l’arrivée. Mais le séjour fut bon grâce a un bon emplacement et du calme.

First the good: excellent location and easy to find. The checkin instructions are very detailed. Only downside is you need to download an app to get into apt building. Ran into a few issues which were responded to.
My two main issues were the shower as the tub area is missing a shower curtain which makes taking a shower interesting. You will need to clean the water up from the floor after your shower b this is completely avoidable if a shower curtain was installed. The other issue is the washing machine. Don’t plan on doing any laundry as the machine does not work properly and damaged my items. The host did send me compensation but not enough to replace the items.

Appartement très bien situé et très calme dans un quartier vivant et commerçant de Stockholm.
Deux remarques : l'équipement de la cuisine est un peu juste, trop peu de vaisselle, casseroles, ustensiles...
Pas de rideau pour la baignoire où l'on se douche.

Great location - just a short walk to the metro which will get you everywhere you may want in Stockholm. Grocery and pharmacy close by. Excellent local cafes and restaurants. Quiet street with no night noise. Responsive host, clean apartment, good amenities- would recommend to anyone looking to stay close enough to walk to the Old Town but in a quieter chilled out spot.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
