This place worked wonderful for us. Very convenient location if you want to visit Central Stockholm or as for us preparing for a wedding at an location at Lidingö. The apartment is a small studio with all amenities available. It's close to a rather big road but surprisingly totally quiet thanks to extra thick glass windows. If you look for something functional and convenient I can highly recommend this.

Our stay at the Airbnb was very pleasant. The place was clean, check-in was straightforward, and the host was very friendly. He also shared lots of helpful information with us in advance.The location was also great. Stockholm city centre was easy to reach by public transport in around 30–40 minutes.We would definitely recommend this place.

A good, very convenient place to stay, though the comfort level is a bit on the simple side. The accommodation was located not far from a tram stop with a direct connection to the metro, which was a real advantage. The kitchen was well equipped, practical and clean. Using the cooktop was a little confusing at first, but it worked well once we understood how it operated. The shower worked well. Having a private washing machine—which is exceptionally rare—was a great plus, and it was brand new in a well-laid-out bathroom. The bedding was comfortable. And the idea of raising the bed to create a daytime living space is a smart one.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
