I stayed with my son for three days. It was a really quiet, clean apartment. We have friends in Lidingo so this was super convenient. The bus stop to Ropsten, where you can catch a train into central Stockholm, is only 2 mins walk down the road. Super convenient. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is located close to a tram which brings you to Stockholm. There are a few shops nearby, if you have a car. Parking is tricky. It is free but you cannot park there longer than 24h, you need to change place. The apartment itself is a bit small. It has enough beds but lacks other spaces. To sum up, it’s worth money if you come there only to eat and sleep or you travel with 1-2 people.

Good location, 30 minutes to the center. Close to the main road, but thanks to the closed windows, no noise was heard. Nice new apartment. The stay was pleasant.

This Airbnb "host" is the perfect example of how this app sometimes leads to runaway greed on the part of the property owner. First, there were endless streams of automated messages that flooded my inbox after booking, and they bragged about how they own more than a hundred properties around Stockholm. However, they are clearly so overwhelmed with managing their properties, and so obsessed with automation and maximizing profits at any expenses, that they've forgotten how to hold up their end of the transactional relationship. Right after booking they required an odd amount of additional personal info. Then they tried to nickel and dime us for literally everything. Our pillows were tiny and completely flat. Want a new one? That'll be an additional charge. When I asked them to waive the fee, they literally asked for a photo of the pillow, then took until the next day to provide it. Stop bombarding guests with requests for positive reviews and do the actual work required to earn them.
House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 

If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. 
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the host will be paid 100% for all nights. 

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
