The accommodation was really pleasant, modern, and in a great location. Public transport access was very good (bus and tram). We recommend getting a 24-hour or multi-day public transport pass.The apartment was clean and tidy. For four people it was a bit on the small side, but it felt cosy. Communication from the host was excellent, with clear and detailed instructions.These are just small things we managed without, but they would have made the stay even more comfortable: in the kitchen we missed a dish rack/drainer (even on arrival some dishes had been put away wet), a better selection of sharp knives, wooden chopping boards, and more absorbent dish towels that don’t leave lint on the dishes. We’d also suggest refreshing the silicone seal along the glass in the shower and making the upstairs railing a bit more securely fixed.

Nice, spacious apartment. We missed having a broom and a dish rack. The apartment was clean, but it could have used a more thorough deep clean, as there were some cobwebs and a dead spider on the curtain. The TV wasn’t working.

We stayed with family of four. Communication was very good with Olof. The apartment is located close to tram and bus stops, which makes it very easy to connect to the center of the city. Coop is not that far either. Parking was close to the building where apartment was with no issues. Inside, the place has all basics family needs. I have no hesitation to recommend the place to any future guests.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
