Very good option to stay in if u are planing to go around Stockholm, 5 minutes walk to the tram station, very clean apartment and spacious, overall a very nice deal

Very nice location, really close to the city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always making sure we were well taken care of — the service was excellent. The apartment is clean and modernly furnished. For the price, it was a really great choice. We really enjoyed our stay with you!

We were four friends and had a really lovely stay at Olof’s place. The accommodation is especially spacious; the beds are large and comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are practical and easy to use. There was also plenty of space to store our things, and everything you need to do and hang up a load of laundry. It was exceptionally clean.The place is quite far from the city centre, but public transport is easy to reach (even in winter).

We had a really nice stay at Olof’s place. The apartment is larger than we expected (the photos aren’t taken with a wide-angle lens). Everything was very clean and tidy. There’s everything you need to do laundry and cook meals.

The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean bedding. Soap and shower gel in the bathroom, as well as a washing machine. Good transport connections.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
