Okay for two peopleWe stayed in this place for 5 days to explore Stockholm, and for that the location was very convenient. Getting into the city center is quick by bus and train (or boat), so most sights are easy to reach.The apartment was very clean and modern. It has a kitchen-living area with a sofa, and right by the entrance there are two fold-out bunk beds directly opposite the bathroom. The owner says the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. We were three, but the bed for the third/fourth person is right at the entrance, facing the bathroom, with no partition—so there’s basically no privacy.The double bed is on an upper level reached by a wooden staircase that squeaks and creaks so much that it’s impossible to go up or down quietly. So if you need the toilet at night, you’ll likely wake the others.The kitchen was fine, but it was only lightly equipped (not many plates, cups, and utensils). That could be improved.I’d recommend the apartment for two people, or for families/friends who aren’t sensitive to noise. For Stockholm, the price-performance ratio is acceptable. Just don’t expect anything luxurious, even though it’s advertised that way.

On my previous stay was better The apartment is in good location , noise from moyorway is disturbing The kitchen wasn't ready prepared with : No roaster, only 4 big dishes , 2 small and no organiser in drawers. I believe it needs an small investment.Also the properry didn't brought any instrument for cleaning in our stay until we requested a broom and dustpam. I believe the management changed and now the apartment is managed by a 3rd company.Glbially the whole apartmwnt is still good.

Clean apartment and nice white bed linen. Plenty of storage space. Ideal for short stay and near train station. No toaster or oven. Only 1/4 toilet roll in property on arrival. Sink in bathroom blocked so water kept filling up in sink and took ages to empty.

+ Great location—away from the city centre, but very well connected, with buses and a tram nearby+ Well-organised space and a good bed setup+ Well-equipped, e.g., household appliances, a washer-dryer, and an iron+ We’d like to praise the shower (aside from the curtain): the controls were precise and worked well, and hot water was available quickly and without interruptions+ A workspace and fast (400 Mb/s) Wi‑Fi (although during hot weather it helps to ventilate the router kept in a cabinet)+ Good service—available and helpfulWe definitely recommend it. Not everything is perfect, but overall our experience was very positive and we’d happily book again.

A wonderful place to stay, with large windows and plenty of natural light. The house was spotless, extremely welcoming, and everything worked perfectly, even the shower, which is apparently sometimes problematic, worked without any issues. I was genuinely impressed.Olaf was a fantastic host. The only thing to keep in mind is the location: it is not actually in Stockholm, so you need to be comfortable staying outside the city. The check-in process is also a little complicated, as several steps need to be completed through their website.That said, if the price is right, it is definitely worth it. A beautiful and very comfortable place to stay.

3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. 4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
