We really enjoyed our stay at Olof's place. The apartment was clean and beautiful. The check in was very simple, all the information was provided. The location was approximately 15min from the city center, bus stop and train stop nearby – very easily accessible. Our stay was awesome, will definitely be booking again, if we ever come back to Stockholm.

Lovely loft close to the center Really nice and clean loft close to public transport. Within 30min you are in the center of Stockholm. Due to the detailed check in information, the automated check in process was easy and clear. All keys and instructions have been provided in time. We Had a great time in Stockholm. The kitchen equipment could be a little bit better. The knifes are not sharp and we missed a propper cutting board.

Very good experience. The place is close to public transport, making it possible to get to the city centre in 20 minutes.It’s also quite close to grocery shops. We did run into a couple of small issues, but they were resolved fairly quickly.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
