Trevlig lägenhet i ett bra läge.<br>Positivt: Allt var rent. Köket har allt du behöver för matlagning. Badrummet är välutrustat. Det var varmt, ingångens och badrummets golv har golvvärme. Parkeringen precis vid byggnaden gjorde resan mycket bekväm. Butiker och matställen ligger i närheten (10-15 min promenad).<br>Negativt: För 10/10 saknades bara en något mjukare säng enligt min smak och ett rengöringskit. Dessutom kunde jag inte ansluta min bärbara dator till TV:n. (Skärmdelningsalternativet fungerade inte fullt ut, utan bara för YouTube.)

Vacker lägenhet. Vi kände oss riktigt bra där och ville inte lämna den. Lägenheten var ren. Framför lägenheten finns gratis parkering. Ett lugnt område. Bara en kort bilresa från Stockholm. Vid vår nästa affärsresa kommer vi definitivt att återvända. 🙃

Kommunikationen med Olof var enkel. Lägenheten var mycket ren och rymlig. Läget var också okej, bara några minuter från kollektivtrafiken.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
