Wir waren für zwei Nächte Anfang September da und haben recht spontan gebucht. Es hat alles einwandfrei geklappt und es gab eine ausführliche Beschreibung für den eigenständigen Check-in. Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Das Bett bestand aus zwei zusammen geschobenen Einzelbetten, gelegentlich verirrten wir uns in der leicht entwickelten Besucherrille. Küche war ok, ab 180cm könnte man sich an der darüberliegende Treppe den Kopf stoßen. Pfanne wurde von Vormietern leider nicht sehr pfleglich behandelt.
Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür.
Wenn die Fenster zu sind, hört man die Straße wirklich überhaupt gar nicht.
Die Gegend ist sehr ordentlich und man geht zu Fuß in die Altstadt um die 7km. Ein Coop und eine Tankstelle sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder buchen.

Toto byl naprosto úžasný zážitek. Ubytování v přenádherné části města v přírodě, byt moderní, čistý, veliký ale zároveň NEJLEVNĚJŠÍ v celém Stockholmu. Nemám co dodat, naprosto úžasné místo a skvělý hostitel!

Meine Jung ‚s waren auf einen Kurzbesuch in Stockholm. Unterkunft war günstig, sauber und sehr gut öffentlich erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung!

Dit was een perfect appartement als uitvalsbasis om Stockholm te bezoeken , dicht bij openbaar vervoer en was qua groote ok , maar basic ingericht .
Zelfs geen koffiezet en beperkte kookmogelijkheden .Langs een heel drukke baan , ook s nachts , aangezien geen airco moest het raam blijven openstaan
Goede bedden wat toch ook belangrijk is na een lange dag ik Stockholm.
Communicatie met verhuurder was duidelijk

Ein tolles, sauberes und schickes Apartment. Sehr effizient und praktisch eingerichtet, alles noch sehr neu und schick.
Mit der Bahn und dem Bus ist man ganz schnell in der Innenstadt, aber auch die unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es schöne Stellen, tolle Supermärkte und ein ruhiges, unaufgeregtes Ambiente.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
