Elias é stato sempre disponibile con noi, rapido nelle risposte e collaborativo. L’appartamento era perfetto per due persone, rispetta le richieste che io avevo fatto ad Elias al momento della prenotazione. Abbiamo usufruito della cucina, della lavanderia ed é risultato tutto impeccabile! Lo consiglierei e ci tornerei volentieri!

Zeer aangenaam verblijf! Het appartement voldeed perfect aan de verwachtingen en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig! Het is ook vlakbij een supermarkt en bushalte gelegen waardoor heel Stockholm vlot bereikbaar is. De instructies van Elias waren ook zeer duidelijk, het was enkel even zoeken naar het slot om de sleutel van de kamer te bemachtigen. We kunnen deze AirBnb alleen maar aanraden aan iedereen die Stockholm wil bezoeken!

Tydelig att det er en proffessionell utleier. Håplöst at man må ha en APP for å kunne låse seg inn og ut av leiligheten, dvs man er alktid avhengig av mobilen, selv om man har nökkel. Nökkelen var i tillegg vanskelig å finne, i en nökkelboks på et sykkelstativ fullt av sykkler, ukke spesifisert hvilken nökkelboks det var. Kun én pute i senga. Halvbrukte såper/dusjsåper på badet. Kunne fint klart meg uten. Ingen kaffetrakter, kun vannkoker og pulverkaffe. Stusslig.

Elias place is in really great location. Beautiful part of town with really cool restaurants, pubs, parks.
The place is comfy and clean and very comfortable for two people.
We walked every day from apartment and in couple of days had more then enough time to get to know Stockholm amenities and way of life.
Elias is very responsive and kind and helpful.
I would recommend Elias place to couples that really want to meet Stockholms heart & soul.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elias’s place. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Location was great which made it easy to get around. Elias was also very easy to communicate with :) we would definitely come back

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
