The place is in a fantastic location for getting into the city centre and to Gamla Stan quickly. Public transport connections are excellent.We absolutely loved Södermalm itself. The area is lively and full of restaurants, unique little shops, and great second-hand stores. There’s also a supermarket very close by, which was really handy.The only small trade-off for such a central location: it can be a bit noisy outside in the evenings. That said, it wasn’t an issue for us at all—we were happy to swap a little noise for the amazing location and short walking distances. We had a wonderful stay!

Disappointing stay:- Intrusive pre check-in process (multiple confirmation steps, online forms, having to submit pictures, etc.)- Forced to download an app to enter the building, which didn't work until the host reset the process- Consistent spam of very long automated messages- Extremely loud noise throughout the night making it impossible to sleep- Very uncomfortable bed in tiny, cramped roomHowever, great location and decently furnished outside the tiny room

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming apartment in Stockholm, and it was a delightful experience. The host was welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was seamless. Stockholm itself is a brilliant city, rich in history, design, and natural beauty. 1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
