1. We may request additional ID and booking details.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only guests listed on the reservation may be in the apartment. Parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without prior approval are not allowed. The entrance is monitored and a noise-level meter is in place. If rules are broken, security (Securitas) will be called (fee approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please take care of the apartment and be considerate of neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key fee: SEK 2,000 (key + service). Lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. At check-out, please wash all dishes, take out the trash, and gather used bed linens and towels by the entrance. If not followed, fees may apply: unwashed dishes SEK 200; linens/towels not gathered SEK 200; insufficient cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
By accepting and signing these rules, you agree to follow them. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
