Elias’s place was fantastic. Perfectly located in Stockholm and easily accessible to all parts of the city. Check-in and out was a breeze, and the app that we used to get into the apartment made it so all members of our group could get in easily. Would absolutely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent accommodation within walking distance near the metro. Very spacious hall and dining room. The bedrooms are a little small. One bedroom was small in size, but complete with a wardrobe and bedside tables. And the second one was very tiny, where nothing could fit except a small bed (we put our things on the windowsill). The apartment was quiet and sunny. The apartment is also well equipped, it has all the specified amenities: hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. We came for the weekend and felt very comfortable in this accommodation.

I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here if you're sensitive to the cold! I came here with my family for my mum's birthday. The apartment has a good size and a good location, but it was very very cold. We had to layer up to sleep and were still freezing. Elias quickly replied to our messages, but his answers were standard replies and not very helpful. Otherwise the flat was very clean and had most of what you'd expect from the listing. When we needed extra information, for example where to store our luggage before checkin, Elias was very helpful. They do ask you to strip the beds, bring together the trash, and gather all towels before checkout, so keep this in mind when planning your time. Also, they asked for a lot of extra identification (IDs and social media), which shouldn't be necessary considering airbnbs identification verification.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
