Perfect location for a holiday in Stockholm. Close to the Gärdet metro station. There are a few restaurants and cafés in the area. It’s within walking distance of the more central parts of Stockholm, about 30 minutes. I recommend the Fosch Artisan Pâtisserie café on Löjtnantsgatan for breakfast. The apartment is spacious and pleasant.

There are very few options in stockholm for airbnb and its an expensive city all in all. If a house rental is not a must , I advice you to rent a hotel in city center. They ask for extra payment even for a towel , experience was pretty much robotic. This house might be a fair deal for a city like this but I would never stay in such a house again. Hotel is much better option. All in all very uncomfartable experience , bathroom is insanely small. House doesnt have curtains you cant get a good sleep in summer , house is insanely hot , there is a constant smell in the house coming from bathroom . No air window in the bathroom. Also stockholm is a very beautiful must see city , very beautiful country.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
