The stay was good, but the initial getting in was difficult. He sent us instructions to enter an occupied unit which could have been a very dangerous situation for us, being a group of young women.

the apartment is in a nice area of the city. It's very convenient to the Metro station which was great. Two bedrooms - one has a double bed and a stool, but thats literally all. The other has a bigger bed and a hanging rail and a 4 peg rail so there was a lack of storage. The beds vey very comfortable and clean.
The showeroom is very small- Im not sure if that's standard for Stockholm or not. The kitchen is well equipped with a nice drip coffee machine.
Olaf's communication was very good and the apartment was easy to locate and enter.

We stayed for three nights to explore Stockholm with our two kids. A quiet and nice neighbourhood, just a short bus or tube ride from the city centre (or a nice 20-25 min walk). Bright and practical flat, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, but would also recommend a take away from the thai restaurant just a two minute walk from the flat. A grocery store five minutes away. Street parking outside, parking fees of approx 25 SEK an hour between 7 and 19.

浴室太小了，花洒只能手持，没法固定在上面。周围没什么商店，走10分钟才有一个大型便利店。晚上睡觉很安静，但是离地铁站还有段距离，而且要走一些阶梯，比较费力。

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
