Lovely and spacious appartment in Stockholm. We didn’t hear any neighbors even though the description said it could be a possibility. Happy to return another time 😊

Most things about the place were good. The only issue was that the floors were very squeaky, which was quite bothersome.

Property was nice and spacious, clean and as described.One thing I would say is that there was not much in the way of cooking equipment. For those who may want to cook their own meals there was only one large pot, no frying pan, saucepan etc. Also as a group used to warmer weather we found the building to be quite cold as it relied on a fixed 20degree heating system but because the living room didn’t have curtains to keep the heat in it often felt colder and we had to wear jumpers/hoodies indoors. Also please be aware there’s no TV, although this is made clear in the apartment listing it caught me and my group out Overall I’d still recommend this place as it was in a nice location, opposite the famous Gunter’s hotdogs which I’d 100% recommend.

We were very disappointed with the state of the apartment. Most things were poorly maintained. Bedroom at back of kitchen had very rudimentary sliding door that provided no privacy. The light was broken. Overall condition of kitchen was very run down. No TV. Internet was intermittent No instruction for lock system displayed next to door which meant the door was left for four days until it was rectified. Basic necessities such as towels and bedding were of low quality. No lock on toilet door. Photos have been dressed up to include extra bedding and seating that have been removed - for 4 of us we could not comfortably sit in the living room and chose to spend as little time there as possible.Overall it was not worth what we paid for it and I was embarrassed to have hosted our guests for the week.

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood had everything we needed. We loved the proximity to the green line for all of of our exploring! Highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to explore Stockholm.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
