Good location. Peaceful and not too far from the city center by car or metro. Very clean place with plenty of room for 3 people

Comfortable stay. And everything was clean and hygienic. The bathroom is a bit small for a 2 bedroom apartment.
Kitchen could be better stocked, but otherwise very easy to use.
Had a pleasant stay overall. Would recommend for a short stay in Stockholm

Our stay was great, the apartment is clean and has everything you need. The bathroom is small but was very functional for an average sized couple. The location was very convenient to the city via bus or short walk to train. Andreas was a great and responsive host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s house.
It is a good small apartment, well equipped and convenient. Very luminous and quiet place. There is a very little bathroom that in the end it works fine.
The check out time was a little early for us although the instructions were clear from the beginning.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
