Lovely place. Everything was to our satisfaction. Only remark we have is that windows do not open, so the only way to air the space is to open the front door :) That is a bit inconvinient. Otherwise the appartment is very well done.

We travel a lot for orienteering and this is the first time we have used AirBnB for it because we were too nervous to. We were not disappointed!
This apartment is new, clean, spacious and has great kitchen amenities to make it a home from home. Really good, useable storage. Towels, sheets and departure cleaning made it more holiday like and convenient. We didn’t need it in the end but asked about late check out and the host seemed open and flexible.
We have never gotten this standard booking with say SkiStar and I will always check with AirBnb from now on.

Modern och funktionell lägenhet. Bra bäddar i sovrummen, men bäddsoffan i allrummet fungerar bäst för barn. Härligt matbord för 6 pers, där vi ordnade mysiga middagar efter långa dagar ute. Fräscht badrum också.
Värden är mycket trevlig och svarar snabbt. Enkla instruktioner.
Nära till allt som erbjuds i och kring Åre, men bil eller cykel behövs.
Saknade möjlighet att ladda startbatteriet (12V) till hybridbilen vid boendet. Man får inte använda elstolparna för motorvärmare, trots att 30 min. räcker för båda med transformatorladdare. Stolpar för laddning av huvudbatteriet ska kanske installeras i området.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
