Andreas’ apartment is quite small but the location of it is amazing. You can easily walk to the city.
We were really happy to have a kitchen to cook - even through it is really small and missing some essentials to easily cook.
The bathroom is really small (we expected this but it was smaller than our expectations) which made it really hard to take a shower.

De badkamerruimte is een groot minpunt. Het appartement is voor de rest in orde voor 2 personen. De ligging is fantastisch.

Perfectly located in Södermalm. Walkable to really good restaurants and cafes. Quiet and safe neighborhood at night. Very close to metro stations to reach the centre of Stockholm. Highly recommend if you’re staying in the city.

The tiny 1 room apartment is well located. Comfortable bed and all basics for one or two people. The shower is inside the tiny bathroom, functional but not very practical. Getting in was a little confusing as the instructions didn’t mention there are multiple lock boxes.
Otherwise good and friendly communication.

De buurt waarin deze airbnb zich bevond was fenomenaal! De leukste ontbijttentjes en gezellige uitgaansgelegenheden waren in de buurt. De ruimte was een goede prijs voor wat we kregen.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
- Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
