Great location near the Tegel lift. Very convenient if you have a car, with easy loading and unloading as well as parking.

1. Additional ID and booking information are required.
2. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests stated in the booking is allowed. Parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without approval are not permitted. The entrance is monitored by CCTV and noise levels are measured. If rules are broken, security may be called out (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please respect the apartment and the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
8. No smoking in the apartment, on balconies, or within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance (per Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key fee: SEK 2,000; lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out: wash dishes, take out the trash, and place used towels and linens by the entrance. Missing or insufficient cleaning may result in extra charges (SEK 200 for dirty dishes, SEK 200 for not gathering textiles, plus any additional cleaning costs).
By booking and signing, you agree to these rules. Breaking them may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
