The apartment was in a quiet and safe area. There were two metro stations nearby and a small shopping center in the neighborhood. It was easy to communicate with Elias. It was peaceful in the evenings, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep.

Great little flat for a short family stay in Stockholm. Very well priced in a bougie part of town. As noted by others, being there in July means the flat got quite warm but leaving the doors to the flat and to the balcony just across the hall propped open for a while in the evenings helped a lot. We were able to open the ceiling windows as well (had to climb on a chair) and there were fans in the flat to help, so it was all very manageable. Very easy walking/bus distance from town. The park just around the corner has a nice bar/restaurant, and a phenomenal, really unique playground for kids.

It was easy and relaxed. The four of us slept there, and the best part was the terrace. Unfortunately, it was a bit warm, which made it a little hard to sleep, but that’s not really something anyone can do much about.

The apartment is small, but it has everything you need to be comfortable. We were 4 people: two slept in the bed and the other two on a sofa bed that had been prepared for us. Everything was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of things you might need. Just keep in mind that to get in, you take the elevator up to the top floor and then you still have to go up one more floor by stairs.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
