The apartment is beautiful, functional with a lovely sea view, very well furnished and equipped, and the small terrace is very charming. If I happen to be in Stockholm again, I will certainly try to rent this apartment again, especially since it is very well served by public transport and the city center can be reached in a short time.

Upon check-in, we were told to take a key and fob from a lockbox. Despite the instructions telling us to use the fob to enter the apartment building, it did not work at all and we were forced to wait for somebody to let us in each time. Two days later, we were told to use the key on the main door with force to enter. The lack of access made us feel unsafe and unsure.The communication with the “host” was entirely through a third party support service - we never spoke to Olof, making our problem worse.The sink in the apartment was clogged on arrival, and there were no oven mits in the apartment, and despite the 10am checkout time and cleaning fee (€65!), we were asked to take out the trash, wash all dishes & strip the linens ourselves.I have also experienced back problems from sleeping on the sofa - which was not actually a sofa bed! Otherwise, the apartment was not wholly dissimilar to what was advertised.For the price charged, I would rather suggest booking two hotel rooms.

Olof’s apartment was great for our short trip to Stockholm. It was clean and comfortable, situated in an excellent location. I recommend this listing for a nice stay in Stockholm!

Olof’s place is a nice and very quiet modern flat in a relatively new build block. It is as listed, perhaps slightly more spacious than it seems from the photos. Although not central, as a base for exploring the city it is ideal. The location is easy to get to from the airport and central Stockholm by public transport. The surrounding area is quiet feels safe, and water front outside of the building is peaceful and lovely to walk along. It was good value for money and I recommend.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
