Fint boende med tydliga instruktioner och väl utrustat. Inget festboende då det tydligen var decibelmätare och kameraövervakning som kan resultera i avgifter för utkallning av väktare. Samt en avgift på 5000kr om man råkar dra igång brandlarmet då det är direktkopplat.

Bra boende med ski- in och ski-out som fungerade perfekt. Bara att ta hissen upp till bron så var du ute i skidsystemet. Lätt att ta sig hem efter en dag i backen. Rent och snyggt i lägenheten.

The apartment was as described and looked exactly as in the pictures. The ski in - ski out is very useful, but the slope returning to the apartment is a red slope so would not be suitable for beginner skiers.
There is a VERY steep hill from the main train station to the apartment, which I would not advise to walk up with luggage or children. Pontus advised us to walk from the train station to the apartment - DO NOT do this, or take a taxi.
Use the mountain railway, which is the best option to get to the apartment. It is a short walk from the main train station. Get off where the blue and red trains meet. The apartment is a short walk from here. This is the easiest way to get to apartment without using a taxi.
We had a specific query about using the mountain railway. Disappointingly, Pontus did not reply to this.
Our checkout time was 10 am, our train was at 11 am. The cleaner arrived at 9 am and let herself into the apartment. This should not have happened.

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
