L’appartamento è ottimo, non è in centro ma é molto vicino alla metro e dal balcone c’è una possibile vista. Forse l’unico neo sono le norme un po’ stringenti e le troppe raccomandazioni fornite dall’host, che è stato anche un po’ fastidioso nel chiedere una recensione positiva. Resta il fatto che la casa è validissima e super consigliata per un soggiorno a Stoccolma per qualsiasi tipo di viaggiatore.

Die Wohnung in Kungsholmen liegt sehr gut: es ist ruhig, sie hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See/aufs Meer und man braucht nur 5-7 Minuten bis zur nächste U-Bahn-Station. Die Wohnung ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Einige Dinge, die auf der Haushaltsliste als nicht vorhanden gelistet sind, waren dann doch vor Ort: Föhn und Bügeleisen - dies wäre wichtig zu berichtigen, da wir diese Dinge extra mitgenommen haben.
Es gibt auch ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die verbessert werden könnten:
- Der Toaster in der Küche ist leider kaputt, im Bad befinden sich zwei Waschmaschinen, davon ist eine eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner, das Badezimmer ist dadurch sehr klein und eng.
- Die Duschwand ist locker und da der Boden sehr eben ist, überflutet der Boden recht schnell.
- Die Fenster sind undicht, es zieht teilweise sehr und neben dem Fenster auf der Couch zu sitzen kann etwas ungemütlich sein.
- kein warmes Wasser in der Küche (zum Abspülen)

Functional, very well located and relatively quiet apartment. The view is nice and the neighborhood has all basic services. Would deserve some renovations and refreshing. Not everything was working when we arrived.

Very beautiful apartment with good connections to the center! Nothing to complain, would come again. The apartment is even more bigger and better than in the pictures

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
