Fredrik och teamet var superhjälpsamma under hela vistelsen. Vi hade ett par problem med entréappen för bostadsblocket som krävde att Fredrik skulle uppdatera nycklarna, men han gjorde det otroligt snabbt. Värmesystemet fungerade inte, men de levererade snabbt en portabel värmare vilket uppskattades. Lägenheten hade nyligen renoverats och de hade verkligen gjort ett bra jobb – den var superren överallt och välutrustad, köket var mycket välplanerat och hade allt man behövde. Några småanmärkningar, men det är bra att de hanterades snabbt och effektivt. Läget är utmärkt, med närhet till kollektivtrafik som är enkel att använda, samt med några riktigt bra restauranger i närheten, bland annat den indonesiska Erna’s Bistro och den uiguriska restaurangen Kroran, där maten var utmärkt och rimligt prissatt.

Jag har bott på detta ställe några gånger nu. Jag reser ofta till staden, ungefär varannan månad, och den här platsen känns verkligen som ett andra hem. Allt är rent och läget ligger precis vid en busshållplats som går direkt till centrum. Frederik är lyhörd och alltid tillgänglig.

Très bon séjour ici à Stockholm, l’appartement est très proche du centre avec le métro et le bus, le quartier est très calme ! Je recommande, Ps attention à l’arrivée en hiver la boîte peut être gelée mais hôte très réactif vis à vis de ce problème

Die Wohnung liegt super für die Buslinie 57, welche direkt in die Stadt und Södermalm fährt. Sie war generell ordentlich. Lediglich auf dem Hocker waren komische Flecken und das Sofa sieht sehr abgenutzt aus. Der Duschkopf ist nicht ganz dicht. Dennoch ist die Wohnung im Gesamtüberblick sauber. Im Badezimmer gibt es einen muffigen Geruch, den bereits vorige Mieter beschrieben haben, weshalb ich nur einmal kurz geduscht habe. Der Checkin war einfach. Muss gestehen, hatte etwas Angst zusätzlich zu zahlen bei der langen Guideline, sodass ich alle Auffälligkeiten rapportiert habe, das war etwas stressig für mich. Es war auch, wie in den anderen Kommentaren beschrieben etwas kalt und eine zusätzliche Decke, muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden.

The apartment was in a very good location. The bed was too small 180 cm in length. And the most problematic was that the lift didn’t work during my stay so created a difficult situation.

Thank you to Fredrik for being an amazing host! Such a kind person who answered all my questions. Apartment was all we needed for a little weekend in Stockholm. The subway station was very close by and the area is in a nice and quiet residential area. Just a bit of a shame for the fridge that wasn’t the cleanest but that’s not something that’ll ruin my stay. Apartment looked a little bit bigger on the pictures but it was spacious enough for me and my friend 😁

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
