The apartment is located in one of Stockholm’s quieter, greener residential areas, with excellent bus and metro connections to the city centre. It is very easy to get around the neighbourhood, and check-in was simple thanks to the clear instructions provided. Fredrik was also always very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions.

Our stay at Fredrik’s apartment in Stockholm was fantastic. From the very beginning he proved to be an outstanding host: friendly, always available, and happy to accommodate our last-minute booking.The apartment is beautiful and welcoming, with plenty of space and perfectly equipped with everything you might need. The location was also very convenient and well connected, while still being completely quiet and peaceful.The only small downside to the trip was a brief and unpleasant incident with a neighbor from the building opposite, who came to the door and spoke in a rather aggressive and inappropriate way over a minor issue related to the balcony lights.Aside from this unexpected situation—which was external and completely unrelated to the host—we had a wonderful time. Thanks again to Fredrik for his helpfulness, and we wholeheartedly recommend his place.

This is a very cozy and quiet area in the big noisy city. Close to Metro, clean, impeccable really. The host was quick to respond and instructions were clear. The place is really really nice. One drawback is that the only way to open the door is by using a bluetooth-enabled local Swedish app that you must install ahead of time. We scrambled to reserve a place after another host cancelled on us on the day of departure, and this app thing was a major headache. Yes, for some people it's not a walk in the park. Plus bluetooth is not a failproof technology. It worked, so it was good. Otherwise, it's a fabulous location and apartment. Very pricey, but seems like the whole Stockholm is.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
