Great stay overall. A bit uncomfortable experience with locating the box and getting the keys. A bit smelly bathroom and cold space.

Good for one person- checkout tasks were a bit excessive. Don’t understand why we have to pay such a large cleaning fee when you have to do majority of the cleaning. Fredrik was helpful but the long list of rules and fines for not following them makes it feel a bit unwelcoming. Pans were very over old and used- everything would stick. Good location

Nice but very small even for two guests let alone three. Not enough pillows or blankets for two. No salt and pepper to be found in kitchen, but kitchen well furnished otherwise.

Pasamos 3 noches en este alojamiento y gracias a la ubicación idealmente situada de este apartamento, pudimos visitar el centro de Estocolmo sin casi tomar transporte público.
El alojamiento es acorde con la descripción, limpio y es muy tranquilo.
Nuestro anfitrion fue muy receptivo, nos dio toda la información necesaria.
Este alojamiento es realmente recomendable y la ciudad de Estocolmo y sus habitantes fueron para nosotros un gran descubrimiento.

Mukava asunto rauhallisella paikalla kuitenkin hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä. Asunto oli siisti ja hyvä etätyöläisen yöpyä.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
