We loved the little balcony - where we had most of our meals. Especially for morning breakfasts. Its also very quiet in the evenings. It is a litle bit further to the train station compared to the buses, so we found the buses more convenient with many more route connections. We had some difficulties checking in, but it was promptly resolved by Andreas & his team. They were always available to answer any of our queries.

I sincerely enjoyed my stay in Stockholm! The balcony is lovely and the apartment was very well cleaned. I had everything I needed. It is also very close to several parks and green areas, as well as a bus stop to/from the airport (the flygbussarna bus).

Andrea’s place was nice and in a nice neighborhood, although getting inside was difficult due to the lockboxes.Unfortunately, we lost our digital keycard, and Andreas’s team charged us 2000 kroner for a replacement. Digital rekeying costs very little, this was an obscene overcharge.

A really nice and pleasant apartment that looks exactly like in the photos. Great and quick communication with the host.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with these house rules. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
