Mysigt boende med väldigt nära både till bergen och byn. Värden Kims kommunikation var väldigt tydlig och fångade allt som behövdes för ett smidigt boende. Vid något tillfälle behövde vi hjälp och då responderade Kim snabbt och hjälpsamt. Vi återkommer gärna i framtiden!

Sliten och smutsig lägenhet. Varmvatten som kom och gick, inga sköna duschar. Mullrande kylskåp. Kämpigt för barnen att ta sig ut i backen. Tog ca 10 min att gå med pjäxor i brant uppförsbacke. Kan tyvärr inte rekommendera det här boendet.

Vi var 7 personer i boendet och alla var supernöjda!! Fanns massor av bra redskap i hemmet, med fin location. Dit kommer vi bo på fler gånger!! Åk dit! :)

A very nice, clean and well-equipped flat in a living area of Åre. You would feel like home with the neighbors. Close to the Åre centre with nice restaurants, slopes are also in the walking distance/a historical mountain tram can be used for practical transportation&adventorous feeling.

Very nice and really enjoyed. There was a crack on sink at kitchen which he committed to fix soon. Otherwise all good. Looking forward to staying here in future too :)

Lägenheten har ett bra läge, och många sängplatser till ett bra pris. Även grundstandarden på lägenheten är god. Däremot är lägenheten sliten, spishällen är sprucken, duscharmaturen på övervåningen är halvtrasig, duschdraperi/-dörr saknas på nedervåningen, osv.
Min andra synpunkt är att värden svarade utan att verka veta hur lägenheten fungerar (han kanske förvaltar flera lägenheter?). Han trodde t ex att brandlarmet är centralt och kopplat till räddningstjänsten. (I själva verket är det en lokal brandvarnare i köket, och om man sätter igång den sker ingen utryckning.)
Jag tycker nog i slutändan att det var ett prisvärt boende, men jag kommer inte tillbaka.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
