Fijn huis op een prima locatie om de omgeving te verkennen. Goede bedden met net beddengoed. Wasmachine en droger zijn erg prettig. Heerlijke douche, kortom prima tijd gehad! Wel is het contact onpersoonlijk alles gaat met geautomatiseerde berichten.

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse I Duved och boendet är charmigt och välskött.
Utomhus var det 10-15 minus + blåst. En utmaning var ojämn uppvärmning mellan över- och undervåningen. Övervåningen var kallare och det mindre sovrummet hade ibland så lågt som 15 grader, trots att värmen var på högsta. En kvällsbrasa på övervåningen blev vår räddning och gjorde vistelsen mer bekväm.
Under vår resa drabbades hela Duved av en akut vattenläcka, vilket ledde till att vattnet stängdes av. För att möta framtida nödsituationer skulle det vara klokt att ha dunkar med lagrat vatten.
För att ta sig hem från backen rekommenderar vi att du använder Hamreliften och åker av till vänster vid restaurangen. Där hittar du en transportsträcka in i skogen som leder dig till övre delen av gatan Västra Hamrebacken. En skylt med "V:Hamre" markerar avtagsvägen. Från den punkten är det bara en kort sträcka för att nå stugan.
Sammanfattningsvis var vår upplevelse fylld av njutbara stunder och härliga dagar i stugan.

The apartment was clean and easy to find if you followed the instructions detailed in the check-in information.
Kimmo responded fast after you texted him.
The only thing that we think would have been great was to have Wi-Fi.

Excellent place. Close to Duved ski slope, possible ski in/out.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
