The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a pleasant neighborhood, with everything you need close by (a grocery store, metro, pharmacy, and places to eat). It has a comfortable bed, the kitchen is equipped with all the basic amenities, and the bathroom is spacious. The only thing it could use is another wardrobe or an extra shelf for storage, as there is limited space and it can get cluttered quickly. It is suitable for one or two people.

Excellent place for a 5-days- trip to Stockholm. Bus-/Metro nearby, comfortable for two guests, we especially enjoyed the balcony.

The room was very comfortable. It was quiet and the surroundings were nice.There were many key lockboxes, and it wasn’t clear which one contained the key for my room. It would be helpful if the lockboxes were numbered.I had to try the numbers one by one on each lockbox, which was a bit difficult right after arriving.

A very nice apartment in central location made our stay great. Great location in central city and close to train and subway. Very good kitchen with everything needed. Dishwasher and washing machine with dryer were very useful items for us. Quiet and safe location. Close to big supermarket and Systembolaget. Several restaurants nearby. A great place for staying a week in Stockholm. The additional sofa bed was uncomfortable and took up a lot of space which made the place a bit cramped. I think this place is more suitable for 2 people rather than 4.

2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
12. Emergency call-outs required to resolve faults or issues caused by the guest will incur an administrative fee starting from SEK 1,000.
By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with these house rules. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
