We stayed for 5 nights. We checked ourselves in which was great given we were delayed and ended up arriving after midnight. The lock box was easy enough to find, although a bit strange it was locked to a bike rail outside.
The flat was small but as we expected through the pictures. No complaints, Stockholm seems to be an expensive place to stay so we were happy given it met our requirements and within a good budget.
The location was a 10 from a metro stop and 30 minute walk to central station. My partner and I enjoy walking so didn’t mind this, but something for others to consider. Very close to a large supermarket too so dinners in were easy.
Overall we had a great time in Stockholm and at the flat. In future we would probably consider staying somewhere slightly more central given that’s where we spent a lot of our time.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Stockholm and Sweden in general, as well as my stay at Elias's apartment! The apartment was easy to find and conveniently located near the Odenplan metro station, just a 5-minute walk away. It was clean and tidy, with everything you could possibly need, and it looked exactly as shown on Airbnb - 100% accurate.
The only minor issue was the bathroom ceiling fan, which ran constantly and made some noise. However, with the bathroom door closed, it was quite manageable. The bed was a bit too soft for my personal preference, but that’s just a tiny detail.
Communication with Elias was smooth, and he was always available if needed.
He was also very kind and friendly and provided a huge list of things to do, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The area seemed relatively new, surrounded by modern buildings, supermarkets and excellent restaurants.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Elias's apartment and would happily return anytime soon! :)

Peaceful place, about 10-minute walk to bus stations and 5 to airport bus station. Clean, new, all prepared. Might be a bit small but definitely worth the price. Thanks for the stay!

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
