It appears that Kim was around! I had an electric car, and there were chargers that we couldn’t use. The registration process was somewhat cumbersome.

Nice cabin in good condition with everything you need. Very close to the slopes and the Björnen ski center. Please note that GuestIt is your point of contact for all practical matters, not the owner.

Very nice hut in walking distance to everything - slopes, supermarket, rental shop. Kitchen, dining and living room bigger than expected. Great balcony with view. Kitchen with everything you need. Easy check in and out. Very helpful host that was quick to reply any question we had. We stayed one adult and two teenagers. Could easily fit one more adult. The bunkbed rooms are small so be prepared for that if you are booking for more people. Would definitely recommend the place, also as the ski area where the hut is located is great and was not crowded (week 7).

1. To complete your booking, we’ll need additional ID documentation and some extra details.
2. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. Parties or larger gatherings require prior approval. The entrance is monitored by a security camera and a noise-level monitor. If rules are broken, a Securitas security guard will be dispatched (approx. SEK 3,100, charged to your booking).
5. Please take good care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. We are not responsible for personal items left behind.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and within 15 meters (about 50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Smoking fee: SEK 500.
9. Lost key fee: SEK 200 (replacement key and service). Lock replacement: SEK 400.
10. Check-out instructions: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and place used bed linen and towels by the entrance. Fees for not following these instructions: SEK 200 for unwashed dishes, SEK 200 if linen/towels are not collected and placed together, plus any additional cleaning costs.
By accepting and signing, you agree to these rules. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
