It appears that Kim was around! I had an electric car, and there were chargers that we couldn’t use. The registration process was somewhat cumbersome.

Nice cabin in good condition with everything you need. Very close to the slopes and the Björnen ski center. Please note that GuestIt is your point of contact for all practical matters, not the owner.

Very nice hut in walking distance to everything - slopes, supermarket, rental shop. Kitchen, dining and living room bigger than expected. Great balcony with view. Kitchen with everything you need. Easy check in and out. Very helpful host that was quick to reply any question we had. We stayed one adult and two teenagers. Could easily fit one more adult. The bunkbed rooms are small so be prepared for that if you are booking for more people. Would definitely recommend the place, also as the ski area where the hut is located is great and was not crowded (week 7).

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this accommodation, so everything felt familiar and quite at home. We were a bigger group this year, but that didn’t make the stay any less comfortable. We’re planning to make this an annual tradition.
House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. 

If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. 

If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. 
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
