Kjapp respons fra utleier, enkelt å kommunisere. Leilighet hadde sentral beliggenhet. Liitt slitent, men helt OK standard

Jag och familj, fyra vuxna, tillbringade två nätter i Kims stuga och är mycket nöjda. Stugan ligger centralt med endast några hundra meter till Åre torg men ändå med en egen liten tomt/parkering utanför huset. Kim svarade snabbt på meddelanden och var enkel att kommunicera med. Vi skulle gärna återvända till detta boende nästa gång.

Bra centralt boende i Åre. Prisvärt för perioden och väldigt smidigt att hyra. Men städningen sådär bra. annolikt städtjänsten som inte gjort sitt jobb. Kommunikationen med värden utmärkt.

Jättebra läge, var lite smutsigt, en av sängarna är en madrass på golvet och två dubbelsängar är 120cm breda

Väldigt bra läge nära Åre by och liftar.
Mysig stuga som är mycket lätt att ta sig till.
Tyvärr funkar det inte för två vuxna att dela en 120 cm säng. Sömnen blev inte så bra.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
