We really enjoyed our stay at Fredrik’s place. Super well located for exploring central Stockholm and a short walk away from the main high streets. Kitchen has everything you need to cook during a short stay. Worth noting that the flat is located on the third floor so won’t be as suitable for those with accessibility challenges or heavy luggage! Overall, Fredrik was an excellent host, and the flat is spotless!

I enjoyed my stay in Stockholm and the location was convenient - easy to walk/commute around town. The apartment was not quite as nice as pictured, (missing some furniture, extremely 'bare bones') & the building & area are under construction, obstructing the views and causing some noise. The place is mostly fully equipped, but no coffee machine caused some added expenses and inconvenience during the trip.Overall, the apartment makes for a nice stay for a solo traveler & I'd recommend it, but it is overpriced.

Fantastic location and beautiful surroundings (both natural and architectural). The amenities in the apartment were great, especially the dishwasher and washer/dryer. Highly recommend for anyone interested in exploring Stockholm!

Great apartment in a great location in city center of Stockholm, walking distance to many things. Fredrik was a great host and he replied quickly when I had any questions.
House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
