Great apartment, very clean and in walking distance of City Center, Vasa Museum, train station and basicaly everything you want. We went with our 1 year old doughter and we wanted to have everything in walking distance. The location did not dissapoint. Higly recommend it, if you need a clean, quiet place but also very close to everything. For sure we will come back.

Great stay in a nicely styled flat. Walking distance to everything. House has no elevator so be prepared to climb the 4 floors. But this also allows some quietness and nice view from the top unto the street and other houses. The living room and kitchen area are very spacious and full of light. The small working desk in the hallway is great to work. Plenty of storage. Bedroom as well as the actual bed is on the small side. The bathroom is also small and water pressure rather low. However, for a short stay it was overall very good and we would be happy to go back.

The apartment is beautiful. More spacious than the pictures show. Very stylish wish everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were appreciative of the washing machine and coffee maker. The stairs were a good workout after a long day but we were prepared for that! Fredrik was very quick in responding. I was a bit uncertain about the app check in and keyless entry but it all worked seamlessly.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
