I don’t usually write reviews but I have experienced a horrible stay here. The location and place was beautiful but there were used c***doms, hair, dirty dishes left behind from previous stay. Plus a charge of 25$ for an extra pillow per person… This air bnb is owned by a company that uses automated communication and multiple team members that cause communication confusion. To make matters worse they tried to blame me for the state of the apartment (as mentioned before) moments after I brought it to their attention. Traumatizing truly very expensive and not up to par. ITS A HEALTH HAZARD.

Nice apartment, especially the spacious living room. The building is currently under renovation so in the stairway wasnt clean. Lamps didn‘t work so when I arrived at night it was hard to find which door it was as it wasnt numbered.
Check in was complicated, had to conplete a sign up form and then download an app as a key for the apartment. All worked well but would prefer it with less efforts.
Area is great, close to metro ad well.

Unfortunately, my experience with this host was disappointing.
First, I had spoken to Rost about extending my stay, and it seemed like everything was fine. But another guest was booked and entered the apartment while I was still inside, at 9 a.m., even though the official check-in time was supposed to be 4 p.m. This person walked in while I was still in bed — completely unacceptable and a serious violation of privacy and safety.
Additionally, I was wrongly accused of hosting a party, which never happened. A few friends came by briefly, no one stayed overnight, and there was no damage or noise besides a TV. I left the apartment a day earlier than planned out of respect, and even cleaned the stairs before leaving.
The heater in the bedroom also didn’t work during my stay, and the apartment was not properly cleaned upon my arrival, despite the cleaning fee charged.
As a doctor who works remotely, I expect basic respect and professionalism — unfortunately, that was not the case here.
House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
