It’s an okay place to stay for a couple of nights, the apartment has lots of stains in the sofa and to be fair you can tell it hasn’t been deep cleaned before hand. It’s a beautiful property and even better view, but definitely is in need of maintenance and care. Elias is helpful and responsive, although I had a misunderstanding with the WiFi as the one he was indicating wasn’t working and I ended up connecting to a router I found inside the property. Even though I was staying for 2 nights by myself, I would have wanted to receive the bed fully made, not with only half for one person , as it looked as if they were “cheaping” out. Regardless of that, it’s on a nice location pretty close to the city center by the train. The area feels safe and clean too. I didn’t like the fact that I received 2 messages requesting or implying to add a 5 star review. I don’t think that’s necessary.

The apartment is just like in the photos—very spacious, wonderfully quiet, and with a fantastic view of the water. The kitchen was well set up and perfect for cooking. We cycled into the city using rental bikes, and from the Kristineberg metro station there were bike lanes separated from the road all the way into the city. It was also easy to find rental bikes everywhere around the apartment.

The flat is bright and pretty. It's easy to reach and everything you need is around the corner. It was clean besides of the spotty couch that should be cleaned or renewed maybe. It has a basic equipment of things you need. Wifi was very unsteady. All in all we liked the flat and it's view and the location.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking for verification purposes.
2. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3. Only registered guests may stay at the property. All guests must be listed on the check-in form or approved in writing prior to arrival. Any unregistered visitor will incur a fee of SEK 500 per person/night and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Contact us in advance if you plan to invite someone.
4. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbours and residents.
5. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. To enforce this policy, CCTV is installed in common areas of the building (not inside the home), and noise and smoke monitoring devices are in use. Any required intervention by security or property management will be charged to the guest (~ SEK 3,000).
6. Guests must treat the property with care and respect neighbours at all times — they are part of our community.
7. Pets are not allowed on the property.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, in courtyards, through windows, and within 20 metres of the building entrance. A fee of SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
9. While cleaning is included, guests must leave the property in an acceptable condition. In cases of excessive dirt or abnormal soiling, additional cleaning will be carried out at the guest’s expense.
10. Keys must be handled with care. Lost keys will incur replacement and administrative costs starting from SEK 2,000. If a lock replacement is required, a fee of SEK 4,000 will be charged.
11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not liable for any items left behind.
