Check-In rasch und einfach.
Kommunikation top, Andreas hat immer super schnell geantwortet.
Wohnung war sehr sauber, Ausstattung wie auf den Bildern.
Betten sehr bequem, Wohnung sehr großzügig für 4 Personen perfekt.
Man ist in wenigen Minuten bei der Metro, die einen direkt ins Zentrum bringt (ca15min).
Einzigen Mankos:
- Das Haus ist relativ hellhörig, man hört Lärm im Haus sowie von der Straße.
- Bad eher eng, Dusche lässt Wasser durch, was etwas mühsam ist, da dann der Boden nass wird.
- Man wird aufgefordert den Müll selber rausbringen. Die Beschreibung hierzu könnte präziser sein.

Al llegar, el pestillo de la puerta estaba puesto, impidiéndonos entrar. El propietario solo nos ofreció un vídeo como solución y no nos brindó ayuda real en ningún momento, ni siquiera supo acercarse a ver qué pasaba, además de tardar en contestar entre mensaje y mensaje. Nos ofreció el reembolso, el cual no queríamos y no nos ofreció alternativas, insistiendo en que no podía hacer nada. Sin embargo, parecía más una falta de voluntad que de capacidad. Vergonzoso. Finalmente, logramos entrar por nuestra cuenta y quitando esta desagradable experiencia, el apartamento es tal como se describe: muy cómodo.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet alles, was man für einen Städtetrip benötigt.
Mit der Metro (Kristinenberg) kann man direkt in die Innenstadt durchfahren (ca. 20 Minuten), Parken geht vor der Tür mit der App „EasyPark“ (außer mittwochs) für 20 SEK pro Stunde.
Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter :)

Die Unterkunft ist gut mit der Bahn erreichbar (kurzer Spaziergang von der Haltestelle zum Haus). Die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Ein Highlight ist der Blick aufs Wasser. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und zweckmäßig. Es war bereits mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Gebäude (andere Wohnung). Gerne wieder.

The flat was really nice! It was spacey enough for 6 people, very pretty and a really nice area. You could go for a walk, take a swim in the ocean nearby and had a lovely view directly from the balcony. It's also close to a train station that takes you directly into the centre of Stockholm, so it was perfect for our city trip.
In the beginning, the communication with Andreas was a little difficult, while exchanging the data for the reservation. However we managed it all and turned out all well in the end! After that Andreas was always very responsive and helped quickly with any issue.

Comfortable apartment with a nice view of the river. The Old Town is only accessible by bus or metro (20 minutes). It's a suburban area so fairly quiet and not many restaurants around. However, the kitchen is well equipped and there are good supermarkets around for self catering. We would have preferred to be closer to Town but for the price, it was fine.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
