Fantastiskt fynd đ LĂ€ttillgĂ€ngligt med kollektivtrafik, ett mysigt grannskap med kort avstĂ„nd till matbutiker, bageri och restauranger. LĂ€genheten var frĂ€sch och riktigt ren med bra bekvĂ€mligheter. Skulle definitivt vĂ€lja detta stĂ€lle vid mitt nĂ€sta besök i Stockholm!

VĂ€ldigt fint lĂ€genhet, bara 10 minuter med Uber frĂ„n staden. Jag var hĂ€r med tvĂ„ vĂ€nner och vi blev lite tagna pĂ„ sĂ€ngen av ljuddetekteringen eftersom vi ibland kan vara ganska högljudda, men vi hade absolut inga problem. Fredrik svarade snabbt pĂ„ allt och var mycket vĂ€nlig. Den enda nackdelen var att vi var tvungna att checka ut klockan 10:00, vilket vi tyckte var lite tidigt efter en kvĂ€ll i stan. För âŹ50 (500 SEK) kunde vi checka ut klockan 13:00 istĂ€llet för 10:00. Det var nĂ„got dyrt, men det var bra att det fanns ett alternativ! Sammantaget en mycket bra upplevelse.

Detta upplevelse var mycket otillfredsstÀllande.Incheckningsprocessen var otydlig. Incheckningstiden var pÄ kvÀllen, men den enda bilden som visades var tagen pÄ dagen. Det fanns ingen vÀgledning om hur man skulle ta sig till byggnaden eller hitta nyckellÄset, vilket ledde till att jag spenderade nÀstan en timme med att leta efter dem. Trots att jag skickade meddelanden, fick jag ingen tydlig information om var jag skulle gÄ.Utcheckningen var Ànnu svÄrare. Jag skickade flera meddelanden om utcheckningen och fick endast information om en sen utcheckningsavgift, som var betydligt högre Àn kostnaden för en natt. Detta gjorde det vÀldigt komplicerat att ordna en sen utcheckning utan att behöva betala onödiga avgifter. Efter att jag meddelat var nyckeln fanns (jag skickade Àven en foto som bekrÀftelse) fick jag senare veta att nyckeln inte var hittad, och jag ombads betala pengar dÀrefter. Detta kÀndes som en missförstÄdd kommunikation, eftersom jag redan hade bekrÀftat nyckelns ÄterlÀmning.LÀgenheten i sig var sÀker och ren, men kommunikationen med vÀrden kunde ha varit mycket tydligare för att undvika dessa problem i framtiden.

Boendet var verkligen rymligt och precis som pÄ bilderna. Jag hoppas att kunna ÄtervÀnda, jag rekommenderar det verkligen. Det var mycket rent och otroligt bekvÀmt. Den stora fördelen: nÀrheten till kollektivtrafiken (buss, tunnelbana...).

Njutit verkligen av min vistelse i den hÀr lÀgenheten! StÀllet Àr rent, mysigt och precis som beskrivet. Allt jag behövde fanns tillgÀngligt, och lÀget Àr perfekt för att utforska staden. VÀrden var mycket vÀnlig och alltid redo att hjÀlpa till. Jag skulle gÀrna bo hÀr igen nÄgon gÄng!

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately âŹ300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of âŹ50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
