Really lovely place to stay, within walking distance of central Åre. The terrace with the view and the evening sun was an unexpected bonus. Excellent overall!

Overall, we’re very happy with our stay. The keys didn’t work when we arrived, but after speaking with customer service and trying to get them to work (without success), Pontus came by with physical keys — which we really appreciated! The apartment was fresh and pleasant. Perfect for us and our four-month-old baby.

1. After booking, you must provide additional details for all guests, including a valid photo ID.
2. Please be considerate of the neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
3. Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. No parties, large gatherings, or overnight visitors without prior approval. Noise levels may be monitored via a camera at the entrance and a noise sensor. If rules are broken, security (Securitas) may be called; the cost is approx. SEK 3,000 and will be charged to you.
5. Take good care of the apartment and respect the neighbors.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, on the balcony, and within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance (in accordance with Swedish law). Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost keys: SEK 2,000 for replacement key/call-out. Lock change: SEK 4,000.
10. Check-out instructions: wash dishes, take out the trash, and leave used bed linens and towels gathered by the entrance. Fee for unwashed dishes: SEK 200. Fee if linens/towels are not gathered: SEK 200. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the apartment is not left according to these instructions.
By booking and signing, you agree to these rules. Violations may result in your stay being ended without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
