My son and I had an awesome week in Åre!Positive: Comfortable and stylish accommodation with a rich heritage. Everything worked flawlessly!Negative: A booklet or folder with all the instructions for the wifi, storage codes, and detailed links to the parking service would have been helpful. Everything worked out in the end, though it took some time.

Positive: I think that contacting the accommodation was difficult and complicated; I couldn’t reach anyone using the telephone number provided in the booking confirmation, and everything was in English. One concern was what to do in an emergency – for example, if I forgot the mobile phone that served as a digital key or if I lost it – since it took almost a day to get a response when trying to contact the accommodation.Negative: A reception staffed by Swedish speakers who respond quickly to questions.

Money down the drainPositive: The room was acceptableNegative: Firstly, the process of booking and checking in is overly complicated; unfortunately, this information is only revealed later, and it requires sharing quite personal details, including sending photos of yourself, among other things. The facility was disappointing, lacking proper cleanliness and organization.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
