Nice and minimalist accommodation. Overall it felt clean and fresh, and the location is excellent since it’s directly connected to the Tott slope and there’s a restaurant in the same building.However, I did notice quite a bit of dust on the wardrobe above the bed. I even found a pillow, some forgotten towels and cables on top of the dust, which suggests that some of the finer cleaning details were overlooked.There are no bedside lamps.I also found the amount of check-in and check-out information a bit overwhelming at booking. I understand the need to follow house rules carefully, but so much text makes it easy to miss important points.None of these issues would stop me from booking again—I will definitely return—but they bring my rating down to a 4 out of 5.

Modern, bright apartment close to the village and the slopes. It’s easy to unlock both the building entrance and the apartment door with your phone. The host responds quickly and is very helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Positive: Easy check-in and check-out!Negative: Parking was a bit challenging. Fortunately, we managed to find a parking spot for the first night. It would have been appreciated if the floors had been cleaned a bit better. There were also instances when some guests did not observe the quiet hours after 10 PM. Additionally, it would be beneficial to replace the remote control, as it tends to be slow.

1) After your booking is confirmed, we will request additional ID details and information for all guests.
2) Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
3) Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
4) Only registered guests may be in the apartment and stay overnight. No parties, large gatherings, or additional overnight guests without the host’s approval. The building entrance is monitored by CCTV and noise levels are monitored with a decibel meter. If rules are broken, security/emergency call-out may be required (approx. SEK 3,000).
5) Please take good care of the apartment and be considerate of the neighbors.
6) No pets.
7) The host is not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment.
8) Smoking is not permitted indoors, on the balcony, or within 15 meters (50 feet) of the entrance, in accordance with Swedish law. Violation fee: SEK 500.
9) Lost key: SEK 200. Lock replacement: SEK 400.
10) Before checkout: wash all dishes, take out the trash, gather used towels and bed linens, and leave them by the entrance. Unwashed dishes, missing towels/linens, or insufficient cleaning may result in extra charges (minimum SEK 200 per item/issue, plus any additional cleaning costs).
By accepting and signing the house rules, you agree to these terms. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
