Fin lita leilighet, akkurat passe for oss 2 søstre som skulle på fotturer og litt shopping. Hadde alt vi trengte. Stille og rolig område. Verten svarte raskt når vi tok kontakt og lurte på noe. Anbefales!

A good deal for a nice apartment on the slopes in Åre.
You can walk from the center of town or from the train station with all of your gear, but the path does get icy, and is a bit steep.
Room has a spectacular view of the slopes, of the lake and town below.
A good place to stay.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
