It was nice to have 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms...lots of space for 2 people to spread out and be comfortable. TVs are old. Location was as expected, easy to get to/from slopes.
The apartment could've been cleaner (tea kettle was quite dirty, some dishes were not washed well, etc) and there were some maintenance issues that were minor enough that we didn't want to be disturbed during our stay with someone coming to fix (burned out light bulbs, random squeals from the toilet as reported by another guest, etc). There was supposed to be a QR wifi code in the apartment that wasn't there (host ended up giving us network+ password via text).
We were glad that our taxi driver warned us that the building frequently gets visits from the fire brigade because the apartments don't have ventilation systems that can handle steam (!) or excessive cooking, so we were extremely careful. However, during our 5-day stay, another resident did set off the alarm, forcing an evacuation and fire trucks to arrive

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
