The accommodation was satisfactory. It’s a pity that the hotel property is now operated as an unmanned apartment rental.Negative: I would have appreciated more affordable parking near the property.

Positive: The curtains did not attach properly to all the hooks. There was no bag provided for the garbage container, and the refrigerator felt unstable. The location is excellent with a beautiful view. While the initial booking was smooth in Swedish, switching to English made it more challenging due to the number of forms to fill out and photos to take. We believe this process could be made simpler.

Tott room 1206Positive: The location was okay.Negative: There was no working TV, even though it appeared in the pictures. No information was provided about it not working.The window was drafty, making one of the rooms uncomfortably cold and unsuitable for sleeping, which meant one member of the group had to find alternative accommodation.No broom was provided, so it wasn’t possible to sweep up the gravel.The system for opening the doors was quite sluggish.

Positive: A stunning apartment with a fantastic view.Negative: There were too many messages, including SMS, emails, and app notifications, which made things feel a bit cluttered. It's understandable to be cautious about receiving texts from abroad.

Disappointed with Tott😒🤢Negative: We never received a key, which meant we couldn’t get inside. We had to book alternative accommodations for one night and depart the following day. It was quite challenging to communicate since all the information was in English. The phone number provided connected us to an automated service that spoke fast in English, which was difficult as we are not very proficient in the language (we are unfortunately not young, but mature retirees). In follow-up communication, Tott claims they do not have my email address, despite all correspondence being sent to my correct address. This was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I cannot recommend this accommodation. My daughter also experienced issues with the key in January.
House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. 

If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. 

If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights. 
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
