Good-value accommodation with a very high standard and a great location! I got a really lovely room with a huge terrace and an amazing view down over Lake Åre and up towards the mountain on the other side. It was possible to open up double doors onto the terrace, and there were also two tall ventilation windows with double curtains.The bed was a comfortable Dux bed, with a down pillow and duvet. There was a fridge, kettle, plates, different types of glasses, and cutlery. There was also a complete dishwashing setup with detergent, a cloth and a towel.The bathroom with shower was excellent and had soap/shampoo as well as plenty of toilet paper. All of this at a very competitive price. When I contacted the host a couple of times with a few questions, I got a quick response, and the digital key worked flawlessly—such a clever system!Thanks for a wonderful stay—I'll definitely choose you again next time!

Subpar servicePositive: Nice view. Good bed.Negative: There was a notable absence of staff, which created a rather deserted atmosphere. The process of contacting the foreign call center was challenging, and the app experienced issues when trying to unlock the doors.

However, the support was extremely poor or virtually non-existent, with no staff available when assistance was neededPositive: The locationNegative: We experienced difficulties getting the keycard working and had to use a login instead. Unfortunately, no support was available throughout the weekend, which was disappointing. Additionally, the TV was outdated and came with a malfunctioning remote control, so we were unable to watch television at all.

3. Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
4. Registered guests only—no parties, and no additional overnight guests without prior approval. The entrance is monitored by a security camera and a decibel meter. If rules are violated, security may be called (approx. SEK 3,000).
5. Please be considerate—treat the apartment and neighbors with respect.
6. No pets.
7. The host is not responsible for items left behind.
8. No smoking indoors, on balconies, or within 15 meters (50 ft) of the entrance. Smoking fee: SEK 5,000.
9. Lost key: SEK 2,000; lock replacement: SEK 4,000.
10. At check-out: wash all dishes, take out the trash, and leave used sheets/towels gathered by the entrance. Additional fees may apply if check-out instructions are not followed.
