Beautiful apartment, cozy and perfectly well located in Södermalm. There was everything we needed for a short stay, well equipped kitchen etc. We fell in love with the interior. Check-in and out were well described and everything went well. Thank you Fredrik!

Bra boende och bra ställe. Nära till söders centrala delar men ändå lite avskilt. Fredriks beskrivning av boendet stämde väl överens med annonsen. Vi hade en liten situation med städerskan som inte hade varit där när vi checkade in men det löste sig. Rekommenderar definitivt boendet!

Très bel appartement, lumineux, aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et disposant de toutes les installations nécessaires. Nous nous y sommes sentis très à l’aise.
Situé dans un quartier paisible, il est facile d’accès en transports en commun, notamment via un arrêt de bus situé à 2 minutes à pieds.
Nous avons été accueillis de façon attentionnée et chaleureuse, l’appartement ayant été préparé avec quelques lumières d’ambiance.
Seul point négatif : le lit était inconfortable (beaucoup trop mou), nos corps s’enfonçaient dans le matelas sans soutien pour le dos. Cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour, mais les nuits n’étaient pas reposantes. Il nous semblerait judicieux de changer de matelas pour rendre le séjour parfait.

The apartment was very clean and tidy on arrival with a simple design focused interior which reflects the listing images. What soon became apparent however is that this is not a dedicated holiday apartment and is in fact someone's home. This meant that the cupboards were packed with their belongings and clothing with not much space to store our own. It very much felt like we were staying at a friend's or family's apartment and we didn't feel completely at home or relaxed in. Given this was not alluded to on the listing we felt a little cheated. The apartment is run my management agency who were of little help when it came to addressing our concerns. In the end we had to raise an airbnb dispute to resolve. Aside from this there were a few areas which could be improved on: the bed, as others have suggested is painfully soft and to add to the discomfort we were only provided with single duvets, one being soiled. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Unterkunft, in welcher man sich wirklich über mehrere Tage wohlfühlen kann. Ich würde bei einem Stockholm-Besuch wieder hier übernachten.

+ sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung
+ sehr ruhiges Haus
+/- gute Ausstattung, aber mir fehlte Wasserkocher für Tee
- Bett ist viel zu weich
- Bad ist sehr klein und keine Halterung für Handbrause
- Sofa und einige Möbel wirken verstaubt
Lage
+ sehr ruhige und sicher wirkende Gegend
+ schöne Joggingstrecke in der Nähe
+ gute Busanbindung
- in Szeneecken von Södemalm oder Metro muss man einige Minuten laufen
Organisatorisches & Besitzer
+/- sehr schnelle Reaktion, aber oft automatisierte Nachrichten und dadurch teilweise doppelt und verwirrend (und zu wenig persönlich)
- Wohnung war beim Check-In nicht gereinigt (wurde nachgeholt) und kein Toilettenpapier (habe ich gekauft)
- trotz Identifikation bei Airbnb wird zwingenddas Hochladen von Ausweispapieren gefordert und unklar was damit passiert (geht gar nicht!)

Amazing apartment in a lively neighborhood! The construction right in front of the house could be loud sometimes but apart from that everything was great about the house and the location.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
