The apartment was very nice,clean,and spacious. It was in a great location, pretty central in the city. We loved Stockholm and would stay here again!

Alojamiento amplio y luminoso en un barrio tranquilo y seguro. Numerosos restaurantes y supermercados en los alrededores. Bien ubicado para cualquier visita turística. Se puede ir caminando en no más de 30 minutos.
La llegada sin problemas y la respuesta de Andreas rápida. Aunque es un tercer piso sin ascensor no es inconveniente si no se tienen problemas de movilidad
Cocina bien equipada
Por ponerle algún inconveniente quizás precisaría de un par de asientos en el salón

Andreas’s flat was perfect for our family of four, which included 2 elementary school aged boys. The location was great - easy to walk to attractions, parks, restaurants, public transportation - everything. The flat itself was very comfortable - we all thought the beds were great - and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay again with Andreas and recommend this location.

This apartment is located in the upscale zone of Östermalm. The neighborhood is great for walking, and there are lots cafes and restaurants to choose from.
There is a bus stop in the next block, but only one or two bus lines goes by. Only 5 min walk to the shore of Nybroplan.
The interior of this apartment feels elegant and spacious, finely decorated with good taste. The kitchen appliances are all from Miele, including a set of washing machine and dryer! Only if there could be one or two extra chairs in the living room that will be much better to stay.
I’d highly recommend this apartment!

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
