Nous avons été satisfait de la pièce principal et de la vue.
En revanche c'est tout, l'endroit n'est pas intéressant, prendre les transports en commun systématiquement pour aller dans le centre.
Le lit était fissuré et grincer beaucoup, la Cafetière était cassé, Elias ne réponds pas c'est des messages robotique pas très pratique et pas très convivial comme expérience Air Bnb.

Hjemmet til Elias er perfekt for en helg i Stockholm. Både sovesofa og vanlig seng fungerte fint. Også en fin liten balkong med plass til to. Det er gangavstand til sentrum, men er et lite stykke. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd. Kan anbefales!

Elias' apartment is a great base for two guests to visit Stockholm.
The tunnelbana station Kristineberg is only 12 minutes from Stockholm city and it is another 7 minute-walk to his place.
The apartment is a cosy place, if a bit too small for three people. The view from the windows and the small balcony is great, but there is a bridge nearby with a lot of traffic, so it can get noisy at night, when the windows are open.

Everything was perfect! Really cozy apartment, more than enough space for 2 person. View from balcony - amazing. And really close to metro stop. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit Blick aufs Meer. Für Kinder gibt es Spielplätze und sogar ein öffentliches Badebecken in der Nähe. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Alles bestens.

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
