Die Unterkunft war zum pendeln sehr angenehm. Die Anweisungen zu den Verbindungen mit der Bahn von Elias waren sehr zutreffend und hilfreich.
Falls man alleine kommt, ist der Weg von der Bahn zur Unterkunft etwas düster, jedoch wird es für ein paar Tage, wenn man zu zweit ist eine gute Unterkunft sein!

Very pleasant accomodation. Elias informed us about anything we could need in advance. Very modest apartement but also very functional - maybe a fan would be nice but for a couple of days it is more than enough. Metro goes every 10 min to the city centre and is not far away from the house.

El alojamiento es tal y como aparece en las fotos, bastante ordenado y limpio. Se encuentra alejado del centro, pero la conexión en metro es muy buena. La calidad precio es excelente. Hemos salido muy contentos con nuestra elección de alojamiento.

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
